Job Requirements and Duties:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
- Preferred experience using Oracle ERP
- Inventory and Supply Planning
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Must have 3 plus years of procurement and supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Supplier negotiations on multiple levels of the relationship
- ERP/MRP Systems
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
- Develop requirements and standards (e.g. procurement, shipping, etc.)
- Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures
- Commitment to uncovering the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
- Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
- Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
