Compensation

Pay Range: $55000K-$59500K

Description

Provide direct counseling services under clinical supervision.

Engage in treatment and recovery plan preparation and review.

Facilitate daily living activities and community engagement.

Conduct therapeutic interactions to support skill development.

Supervise milieu staff and facilitate psychosocial interventions.

Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.

Maintain and prepare case records.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling and treatment plan management.

Facilitate community meetings and engagement activities.

Supervise staff and ensure a supportive treatment environment.

Conduct psychosocial interventions and motivational interviewing.

Plan and facilitate interactions to enhance social and emotional functioning.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing.

LMSW/LMHC preferred.

Minimum of two years in a behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment program.
