Required Skills and Experience

· Certified Master Gardener, Horticulturalist

· Experience working with a variety of age groups ( youth-adult) and cultural backgrounds

· Demonstrated expertise in the development of engaging, accessible content for gardeners of varying abilities

· Deep knowledge of gardening and cultural practices

· Experience placing gardening skills and practices in multiple contexts

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Must live in the greater Washington, DC area

· Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) a plus

· Must have reliable transportation
