Certified Medical Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established healthcare organization in Cranford, NJ, to find an enthusiastic Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a small team of providers in a high-patient-flow environment. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a busy setting and are dedicated to delivering compassionate, efficient patient care.
 

Core Responsibilities:
 

• Provide direct support to providers by conducting patient intake, recording vital signs, obtaining patient history, and preparing patients for exams
• Ensure smooth patient flow to maintain efficient service in a high-volume environment
• Conduct clinical tasks such as administering injections, collecting specimens, and preparing and cleaning exam rooms
• Document patient information and clinical procedures accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
   

Requirements:
 

• Certified as an RMA, CMA, or CCMA
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience with Athena EMR is a plus, though candidates with experience in other EMR systems will also be considered
• Preferred background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care; other specialties are welcome
