Channel Manager



As a key player in our expansion efforts, the Regional Channel Manager will play a crucial role in leveraging our extensive distributor network to achieve unprecedented success for our end customers, distributors, and Product Care. This role, reporting directly to the Regional Channel Director, entails directing and overseeing channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting short- and long-term channel sales strategies within their designated markets, evaluating the effectiveness of current programs, and aligning them with the overall Product Care strategy. The position involves leading and managing regional Channel Partners in close collaboration with Territory Business Managers.
Daily travel within the territory required, including ~6 overnights per month (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Louisiana, and Mississippi)

Drives Strategy:
Continuously reviews, updates, and executes a Channel Strategy aligned with the overall Product Care strategy.
Evaluates, develops, and implements regional channel strategies.
Participates in building and executing a distributor segmentation model for optimal channel network performance.

Channel Sales & Relationships:
Engages with multi-million dollar channel partners, selling to President/Owner levels.
Maintains strong relationships through systematic contact with top channel partners.
Provides leadership in new channel partner recruitment and enablement.

Demonstrates Market and Solution Knowledge:
Clearly articulates the full suite of Sealed Air Product Care Solutions, products, campaigns, and programs.
Understands sector/industry needs and economic drivers, providing key strategic customer feedback to strengthen the solution suite in the marketplace.

Leads Channel Planning and Growth:
Drives the development of growth plans for the regional channel network.
Ensures performance management of growth plans with Territory Business Manager teams and channel partners.

Manages Administrative Duties:
Ensures the team leverages all tools effectively, completing key administrative tasks such as pricing, CRM reporting, rebate and promotion coordination, customer relationship reporting, budgeting, travel, and expenses.

Participates in Corporate Programs:
Actively executes corporate programs and campaigns.
Complies with professional quality standards, corporate policies, and ethical standards consistent with Sealed Air’s values. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in Channel Management.
Daily travel within the territory (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Louisiana, and Mississippi)
Resides in close proximity to Dallas, TX.
