Channel Marketing

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Carries out operations of channel communications deliverables, including assisting in the development of the tools and processes for global channel communications needs including, channel-facing newsletters, emails, and program materials
• Channel communications support including assistance with communication reviews and production support for all regions and the creation and distribution of ad hoc emails as required
• Researches, defines and provides metrics for our global channel communications activities through metric reports, analysis and if possible, suggestions for improvements
• Assists with marketing messaging and copywriting as needed
• Assists with video editing and creation when needed
• Supports the development and assists with the project management of key channel communications projects and deliverables
• Coordinates with our agency partners for specific communications deliverables as needed
• Assists in the development of new PartnerConnect program materials
• Provides regional assistance on problems and issues with process & tools or communications deliverables

Prefer candidate to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL facility

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent work experience required

• Problem solving, interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Creative writing with newsletters, emails, and program materials
• Channel program and partner support experience
• Awareness of regional and cultural differences
