Description:
The Chatbots team is a key part of the Platform Services group that incubates and commercializes emerging technology solutions to accelerate innovation, and enables enterprise applications assets to be unlocked via Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Secure end-to-end Authentication, and APIs. As a member of this team, you will be part of a rapid development team. You will incubate and develop functional prototypes to showcase capabilities to customers in the Chatbot space by leveraging AWS and API gateway technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and maintain software applications that remove friction from processes.
Design and develop secure and highly performant web applications with REST based integrations to key enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues identified and document test results.
Initiate and participate in production rollout processes.
Research new technologies and implement them to make business processes and interactions easier for users.
Become an evangelist for the tools and technologies that we implement to enable easier adoption by developers/users.
Collaborate with other teams in IT and with our business stakeholders.
Collaborate with business leadership and IT service managers to understand the business requirements and strategy, and translate them into technology capabilities
Maintain a level of urgency towards timelines and results.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Fluent in Python and SQL
Experience with AWS is beneficial
Experience with IBM Watson is beneficial
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with a graduation date on or after December 2022
