Chief Nursing Officer

Description:

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and provide oversight for all nursing operations within the hospital. With 9 direct and approximately 45 indirect reports, the CNO will manage a ~$9.5 million nursing budget within a ~$26 million overall organizational budget.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• BSN required and a current, unrestricted NLC RN license
• MSN or the ability to complete within two years is preferred
• 10+ years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital
• 5+ years of RN Leadership experience- Preferably in the ED or Surgical Services
• The salary range is 135-155k- A higher scale may be available for well qualified candidates
