Description:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead the operational strategy and execution for Huzza World, including oversight of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and operational logistics. This hands-on role is perfect for a dynamic leader who is passionate about building systems from the ground up and working closely with the founder to drive the company’s vision forward. The COO will play a critical role in scaling the business, optimizing our operational framework, and ensuring the alignment of internal processes with our strategic goals.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and streamline business operations to support rapid growth. Develop and implement scalable strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Sales and Marketing Oversight: Spearhead B2B sales and D2C marketing strategies that effectively increase market penetration and elevate brand presence. Craft robust sales pipelines and refine marketing approaches to maximize ROI.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Direct comprehensive customer service strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Foster strong customer relationships through improved service methodologies and loyalty programs.
  • Team and Culture Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performance team aligned with Huzza World’s culture of innovation and excellence. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and resilience.
  • Financial and Performance Management: Collaborate with the CFO to set financial targets, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the financial health and growth of the company.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Engage in high-level strategic planning and investor relations. Develop business plans that integrate smoothly with overall corporate goals, ensuring long-term sustainability and success.

 

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive executive leadership experience, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment. Direct experience in digital platforms, B2B sales, or D2C marketing is preferred.
  • Strategic Vision: Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with a track record of translating strategic goals into operational reality.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Approach: Ready and eager to take on a hands-on role in operations, working directly alongside the founder to shape the company’s future.
  • Adaptability: Skilled at navigating the fast-paced changes inherent in startup environments, with the capability to lead through challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is advantageous.
