Downtown Crawlers, the leading events company specializing in upscale brunch and bar crawls, elegant day parties and exclusive sports event activations, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as City Managers in various cities across the USA!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, run, and manage events in your own city.
  • Scout and select the best bars, venues, and restaurants to create an exciting crawl experience.
  • Regularly visit bar managers and owners to establish relationships and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Promote each event locally through PR outlets, newspapers, radio stations, and social media.
  • Coordinate food and drink specials with participating venues.
  • Manage event check-in on the day of the event, ensuring sufficient staff and setting up check-in desks.
  • Identify and connect with potential sponsors to enhance event experiences.
  • Serve as a Downtown Crawlers Ambassador, representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of local nightlife venues and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and promotion.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a vibrant social community.
