Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, run, and manage events in your own city.
- Scout and select the best bars, venues, and restaurants to create an exciting crawl experience.
- Regularly visit bar managers and owners to establish relationships and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Promote each event locally through PR outlets, newspapers, radio stations, and social media.
- Coordinate food and drink specials with participating venues.
- Manage event check-in on the day of the event, ensuring sufficient staff and setting up check-in desks.
- Identify and connect with potential sponsors to enhance event experiences.
- Serve as a Downtown Crawlers Ambassador, representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Knowledge of local nightlife venues and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and promotion.
