Pond & Company, an award-winning and full-service architecture, engineering, planning, construction management, and environmental services firm, is seeking an experienced and self-driven Civil Engineer IV to join their dynamic team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is ideal for a seasoned civil engineering professional with expertise in civil site design for federal clients across the United States and the Pacific region.

As a Civil Engineer IV, you will be responsible for managing diverse design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform civil site design for Federal clients across various U.S. locations and Pacific markets.

• Manage project scopes, schedules, and deliverables from concept to completion.

• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff to enhance their technical expertise and professional growth.

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software tools to prepare detailed design plans and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and design standards.

• Participate in regular progress reviews, client meetings, and team discussions to align project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant civil engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior engineers.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
