We’re growing fast—and we’re hiring a Client Lifecycle Manager to help us scale. You’ll be instrumental in driving client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention, while shaping the revenue infrastructure that powers our expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage strategic relationships with high-value clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Drive engagement and revenue by collaborating with Sales and Marketing to implement growth strategies across accounts (upselling, cross-selling, renewals).
- Learn your clients inside and out through thoughtful relationship-building and strategic insight.
- Own key performance metrics like client lifetime value, referrals, and partnership revenue.
- Craft personalized client engagement plans from onboarding through renewal, ensuring exceptional service and adoption.
- Be the voice of the client—providing actionable feedback to leadership and product teams based on evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in client development, account management, or sales—preferably in SaaS, real estate, or financial services.
- A client-obsessed professional with a knack for building long-term relationships.
- A growth-minded seller who knows how to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase adoption.
- Someone with strategic insight, CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), and ideally, knowledge of the 1031 Exchange space.
- A data-driven performer who can exceed KPIs tied to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
