The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service where Unity plays a critical role in helping developers successfully acquire, engage, and monetize their users. As a Client Partner, you will leverage our advertising and monetization platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through data analytics and strategic insight. This role demands a high level of communication skills, data analysis, upselling skills and a deep understanding of our clients activities.

We are looking for a Client Partner who will be responsible for managing existing accounts with day-to-day communication, building strong relationships, and setting up growth & up-sell strategies. Additionally, the Client Partner will integrate new advertisers, and work with internal and external parties to ensure that technical and performance-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with publishers.

This position focuses on building strong relationships to increase growth accounts, up-selling, performance analysis, technical support, and optimization.

The Client Partner is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our User Acquisition business while working in close partnership with the Sales Teams, Product Teams, and R&D Teams.
 


What You'll Be Doing
 

  • Communicate and work closely with the top advertisers in Vietnam and the INSEA region
  • Growing revenue from existing accounts and clients while acting as a consultant on all User Acquisition matter.
  • Hands-on manage and analyze campaigns performance, constantly giving optimization reccomendation to meet client KPIs
  • Corporate and work side by side with internal teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Sales and more) to represent client needs while serving as Unity's main POC for your partners
  • Act as an internal source of knowledge and relationship for the Vietnam gaming market
     

What We're Looking For
 

  • Native-level in Vietnamese and fluency in English (verbal/written both)
  • Experience in client management, preferrably from global operating companies
  • Strong analytical and numerical background - Detail focused with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Sales-oriented, interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
