Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee clients and the designated Relationship Team.

• Support the development and delivery of QPRs (Quarterly Progress Reviews) and Annual Reviews.

• Ensure QPR/APR information and action items are executed.

• Collaborate with the DVP to develop and measure CRM (Client Relationship Management) techniques for the Relationship Management team.

• Expand AHSA's relationships within clients and ensure the company’s footprint grows.

• Manage all client and agency escalations, escalating to the DVP when necessary.

• Set and lead client meetings to strategize on enhancing partnerships.

• Attend in-person client meetings at least once per year.

• Measure and benchmark current client placements to identify gaps.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand AHSA’s footprint within identified gaps.

• Assist in training and oversee the designated Relationship Team.

• Ensure delivery of KPIs for the Relationship Team and work on increasing Trio utilization.

• Meet and strategize with the DVP on clients, agencies, teams, and activities.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the field.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM).
