Life Stance Health, the nation's fastest-growing behavioral health practice group, is hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join its expanding team in Cranston, Rhode Island. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families

• Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations based on your area of expertise

• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with standards and timelines

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners as part of an integrated team

• Support the mission of increasing access to affordable, trusted, and personalized mental healthcare

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in Rhode Island or another U.S. state

• Comfortable providing care across a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person)

• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, ethical approach to therapy

• Experience with a broad range of therapeutic modalities and mental health concerns
