Thriveworks, a rapidly expanding and clinician-founded mental health provider with over 340 locations across the U.S., is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LISWs) to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Iowa City, IA. As a Clinical Social Worker at Thriveworks, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services, supporting clients across a diverse range of needs including individual, couples, and child therapy. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care via both telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

• Manage a caseload with a goal of 25+ sessions per week.

• Provide behavioral health services across a range of client needs (individuals, couples, children).

• Participate in clinical consultations, professional development activities, and ongoing training opportunities.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members to enhance service delivery and care quality.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) in the state of Iowa.

• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to participate in leadership or supervisory roles if desired.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to 100,300 USD/year (approx. 8,358 USD/month) based on session volume, licensure, and bonus opportunities.
