Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high-quality mental health services through a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This position offers a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians providing 25+ hours of availability per week. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and children, based on clinician’s expertise.

• Providing 25+ sessions per week, if possible, to maximize patient support and stipend eligibility.

• Participating in clinical leadership, mentorship, or supervisory opportunities.

• Collaborating within a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in patient care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer consultation.

• Supporting clinical operations including credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing assistance.
