Clinical Specialist

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Endoscopy Clinical Specialist to provide exceptional customer support, training, and technical assistance for Fujifilm’s Endoscopy equipment across Southern California, particularly in Los Angeles. The role involves hands-on clinical support, education, and sales assistance for a wide range of endoscopy products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales revenue growth within the assigned regional territory and, as required, beyond it.

• Leading the pre-demonstration process to ensure smooth clinical demonstrations of products.

• Training customers and hospital staff on proper usage, care, and handling of equipment.

• Serving as a key resource for field-based educational materials and reprocessing techniques.

• Partnering with Product & Marketing teams for developing educational content for clients and internal teams.

• Assisting in onboarding and training of new sales and support staff.

• Supporting VIP customers and maintaining detailed customer data for database integration.

• Attending local, regional, and national trade shows as needed.

• Ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and all relevant safety policies.

• Preparing weekly and/or monthly performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

• Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and presentation skills.

• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs and willingness to travel up to 75%.
