Description:

Fidé is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) travel position in Elizabeth Town, New York. This is a direct permanent position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role offers a flexible shift schedule with days, evenings, and nights available. The CNA will work 40 hours per week for a 52-week duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Observe and report health issues to the supervising nurse.

• Personal Hygiene: Assist residents with personal hygiene needs, including bed baths and shaving.

• Meal Assistance: Set up meal trays, document food/fluid intake, feed residents, and serve nutritional supplements.

• Housekeeping: Make beds and maintain a clean, tidy environment for residents.

• Resident Transportation: Transport residents within the facility.

• Prevention of Bedsores: Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.

• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member.

• Successful completion of a CNA program.

• Current CNA State Certification.

• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
