Cnc Maintenance Repair Technician

Description:

Seeking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine setup and operation, excellent technical skills, and at least 2 years of experience in CNC machine setup and operation.

Responsibilities:

- Setup and operate NC and CNC machines to perform various operations
- Refer to assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and machining blueprints to maintain tolerances
- Set controls and perform manual data input functions as required
- Check first piece using fixed or adjustable gauges and correct for any discrepancies
- Maintain a supply of materials to machines and remove finished work as necessary
- Operate fork truck to facilitate own work or to move material around department
- Maintain work area, machines, and control units in a clean and orderly condition

Qualifications:

- 2 years' previous work experience in CNC machine setup and operation
- Must live within a 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY (Active-Duty Military candidates are exempt from this requirement)
- Fork Truck experience
