This is a true co founder position. Early stage. High energy. High ownership.
Not a corporate CCO job with a fixed salary, but the opportunity to shape the commercial engine of a global aviation startup from day one.
Your mission is to take full responsibility for the commercial side and become the driving force behind growth. You will be the one opening markets, speaking to the first customers, building the first processes and helping define the strategy that scales internationally.
Your responsibilities include
• Prospecting training centers and airlines worldwide and booking meetings with decision makers
• Managing long and complex B2B sales cycles
• Handling high level objections and negotiating commercial agreements
• Building the first outbound processes, sequences and sales playbook
• Creating sales materials, commercial documents and work closely with the marketing team
• Implementing modern sales tools, automation workflows and AI assisted workflows to optimise outbound volume and conversion
• Structuring the commercial pipeline, defining KPIs and setting weekly targets
• Working closely with the product team and influencing feature development according to market needs
• Representing SimulatorBooking internationally and opening the first markets
• Laying the foundation for future sales hires and leading the commercial strategy once the initial traction is achieved
• Travel as required to close deals and build relationships
Profile we are looking for
• Strong B2B sales background with long cycle experience
• Proven ability to hunt, prospect and create pipeline from scratch
• Excellent objection handling, negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable working without existing structure
• Strong process builder who can set up systems, CRM workflows and outbound frameworks
• Ability to leverage modern AI tools, sales automation and productivity systems to maximise efficiency
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high execution energy
• Based in the United Kingdom, France or the United States
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
• High energy, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes
• Bonus: knowledge of aviation, training, simulators, aerospace or B2B SaaS
