Description:

We’re looking for a mission-driven CTO to lead all things tech. As a co-founder, you’ll have full ownership of the product architecture, shape the technical roadmap, and build out the engineering team over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining the tech stack, infrastructure, and architecture
• Leading and scaling product development with our offshore team
• Overseeing deployment, performance, and security
• Contributing to product vision alongside the CEO and advisors
• Raising the technical bar and shipping iteratively
• Collaborating on investor decks and technical due diligence

About You

You're a builder. You’ve launched products, led dev teams, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty with code. Ideally, you’ve worked at a startup before or always wanted to start one and want to help shape a category-defining travel platform.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience with full-stack development (React, Node.js, or similar)
• Understand DevOps, deployment, and API integrations
• Have worked with AI/ML tools or are excited to dive in
• Have previously built or scaled consumer-facing apps
• Care about product design, user experience, and rapid iteration
• Want equity and meaningful ownership in what you're building
