This role is designed for an entrepreneurial leader who not only has a background in BPO or virtual assistant services but also thrives on scaling new ventures and building operations that can drive significant growth. As Cofounder, you will work closely with the leadership team to establish the business framework, create market strategies, attract clients, and position the company as a competitive player in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.

  • Lead operational development of the virtual assistant and BPO service lines.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions.

  • Oversee recruitment and team building, focusing on building a strong and efficient remote workforce.

  • Support in developing and implementing technology tools, CRM systems, and operational processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.

  • Contribute to fundraising efforts, pitch deck preparation, and investor relations.

  • Manage company finances, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company stays innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in virtual assistant services, BPO, or related industries.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or early-stage ventures.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid knowledge of business development, operations management, and market strategy.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

  • Experience in scaling businesses or managing teams is highly desirable.

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, remote collaboration tools, and digital productivity software.
