Commercial Construction Project Manager

Description:

This is a high-impact PM role running projects over $20M from precon to closeout. You'll team up with experienced Supers and a sharp leadership group that’s known for treating their people like people—not just resources.

You’ll own:

• Full project lifecycle execution
• Budget, schedule, and subcontractor management
• Bid packages, RFIs, submittals, COs
• Client relationships & team mentorship
