Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret plans, specifications, addenda, and drawings.

• Perform accurate takeoffs and cost modeling.

• Conduct roof inspections and site verifications.

• Build detailed proposals including value engineering (VE) options.

• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating.

• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems and sheet metal.

• Proficiency with estimating tools and software.

• Strong communication, organizational, and vendor relations skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay: $70,000 – $110,000 per year
