Mobilitas is looking for a Commercial Senior Auto Claims Adjuster to handle non-injury claims for commercial accounts, as well as personal lines non-standard products. The role involves managing a wide range of claims, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling auto and property damage claims for various sectors, including rideshare and gig economy vehicles. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work remotely in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large inventory of claims, ranging from minor to moderate complexity.

• Handle inbound calls, open claims, acquire loss details from involved parties.

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims for commercial rideshare, gig economy, and non-standard personal lines products.

• Explain policy coverage and determine appropriate courses of action.

• Arrange and pay for repairs, rentals, towing, total losses, and negotiate storage.

• Document claim files and communicate with all parties involved.

• Review and resolve claims within state compliance guidelines, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures.

Training Schedule:

• Paid virtual training starts on June 16th.

• Training includes classroom and hands-on sessions.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of customer service experience in a virtual environment.

• 1-2+ years of auto or commercial adjusting/liability experience required.

• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior claims adjusting experience.

• Auto physical damage training and/or I-CAR or SCLA enrollment.

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

• Strong skills in empathy, adaptability, time management, and organization.

• Flexibility to support Pacific Time operating hours (5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and weekend shifts as needed.

• Ability to complete training and perform the job remotely.

• Strong computer navigation and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
