Description:
The Specialist, Communications, is part of the Finance and Legal & Compliance Communications team, whose mission is to inform associates of pertinent business updates and build connection/ community within both organizations. The role will report into the Sr Director, Corporate Communications and assist with internal communications programs, metrics and channels.
What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of BU communications plans
- Help manage a tactical editorial calendar that incorporates annual compulsory activities, new initiatives and ongoing activities
- Regularly publish content (articles, recordings, polls etc.) on the dedicated intranet pages
- Measure the success of communications and change management initiatives by gathering metrics on a monthly basis
- Manage Intranet Health and Governance
- Assist with Finance and L&C change management activities and stakeholder needs
- Partner with BU councils and advise on corporate-related initiatives
- Document best practices to improve efficiency and encourage scalability
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 0-1+ years’ experience in an internal communications function or related
- Ability to function as an individual contributor
- Self-starter
- Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivation to continuously improve self
- Exceptional collaboration skills
