Description:
Allegheny Children’s Initiative, a certified non-profit organization under Partners For Quality Inc., is seeking dedicated Community Based Therapists (IBHS Clinicians) to provide mental and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults in Allegheny and Washington Counties. This role is part of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program and focuses on person-centered, trauma-informed care delivered across homes, schools, communities, and via telehealth.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment and crisis plans, providing psychoeducation to families and collaboration teams, teaching therapeutic and behavioral interventions, collecting and reviewing clinical data, conducting suicide assessments and creating safety plans, and completing all required documentation within electronic health records.

Conduct clinical assessments and determine individualized treatment approaches.
Administer assessment tools and apply findings to treatment plans.
Design and implement Individualized Treatment and Crisis Plans.
Provide psychoeducation and collaborate with families, clients, and professionals.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Collect and analyze clinical data for treatment adjustments.
Conduct suicide assessments and collaborate on safety plans.
Complete collaborative documentation with clients and families.
Participate in supervision and professional development activities.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
For Mobile Therapist role: At least 9 credit hours of clinical practice coursework in related fields.
Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.
