Description:
Gartner C-Level Communities builds exclusive networks of C-level executives for peer-to-peer collaboration. The Community Program Manager facilitates leadership programs for C-level executives, helping build a network to drive personal and corporate performance. This role partners with content teams and regional sales leaders to support sales efforts by driving interest in regional programs.
Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships with C-level executives and vendor sponsors, driving attendance at virtual and in-person programs, hosting and moderating events, and ensuring excellent attendee and sponsor experiences. Travel is required about 4 times per year for in-person events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years in client success or sales, preferably business-to-business.
Proven skills in building client relationships and providing strategic insights.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Comfortable with domestic and international travel (about 4 times per year).
