Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Two year’s minimum experience in advising, preferably academic advising at a community college, or related work experience
• Knowledge and ability to work with a wide range of students
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
• Ability to establish good working relationships with students, faculty, and the community at large
