Description:
CAE USA Inc., a global leader in training and simulation technologies for defense and aviation, is seeking a Compliance Analyst III to join its Supply Chain Compliance team in Arlington, Texas. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, government contracting standards, and internal corporate policies.
As part of CAE’s Defense and Security business unit, the successful candidate will support compliance and procurement operations, focusing on cost and price analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of government contracting regulations, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
Conduct compliance reviews and provide approval of purchase order files before release, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulatory standards.
Support procurement and subcontract teams in preparing fair and reasonable cost or price justifications for supplier proposals.
Identify and resolve procurement and subcontract compliance issues related to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Review, document, and test compliance audit results, monitoring corrective actions following internal and external audits.
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide training, guidance, and support to employees on compliance-related matters and company standards.
Generate and analyze compliance reports to identify areas for process improvement and recommend necessary training.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive procurement and audit information at all times.
Support team members with documentation inquiries and assist in ensuring full compliance with DCMA CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives and audit readiness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in contracting, procurement, or compliance roles (equivalent professional experience may substitute for education).
Demonstrated experience working in a CPSR-compliant purchasing system.
Strong familiarity with DCMA CPSR compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong computer literacy.
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
Eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Experience with IBM-Cognos reporting tools.
Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
Experience using Deltek/Costpoint systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Adhere strictly to all company data protection and information security policies.
Properly mark and handle all government and proprietary information.
Ensure secure storage of all sensitive data on company-provided systems.
Professional office environment utilizing standard office equipment (computers, phones, filing systems).
May require extended work hours or occasional weekends to meet project deadlines.
Position may involve prolonged periods of sitting.
