The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) Support Analyst to coordinate, implement, maintain, and support the department’s CADD software systems. This position plays a critical role in supporting design, construction, right of way, and information systems teams to ensure compliance with departmental standards, specifications, and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, develop, configure, and maintain CADD software to meet departmental program delivery requirements.

• Certify CADD applications and integrate department design manuals, standards, and specifications into the software.

• Test applications for adherence to engineering best practices and departmental standards before production use.

• Develop training materials, curricula, and provide both introductory and advanced training sessions to users within and outside the department.

• Interact with various teams (design, construction, right of way, information systems) to resolve technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback on software performance.

• Ensure system compliance with evolving engineering standards and enhance operational efficiency through proactive support and guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

• At least five (5) years of experience in highway or transportation engineering.

Special Working Conditions

• Occasional statewide or out-of-state overnight travel required.
