The position

• Act as the on-site owner’s rep, coordinating with GCs, trades, and consultants.
• Manage RFIs, Submittals, and documentation via Procore.
• Conduct regular site walks, track issues, and drive resolution.
• Review Change Orders, Pay Applications, and ensure accurate field documentation.
• Support commissioning, punchlists, and project closeout.

Could this role be for you?

• 10–15 years of construction experience (5+ in field-based project management or CA).
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of MEP/FP systems and commercial building practices.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Daily travel within Atlanta; up to 60% national travel.
• Valid driver’s license and REAL ID or passport required
