Construction Contracts Associate / 3+ yrs. / Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington D.C.: A U.S. established international law firm is is seeking a Construction Contracts Associate with 3+ years of experience working on construction contracts of various types to join their team. The successful Associate will have experience with various types of contracts, including EPC, EPCM, BOP, equipment supply, and operation and maintenance contracts. This position will focus on the energy and infrastructure industries. The ideal candidate would have experience managing a team working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates, possess strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities, have the ability to analyze and synthesize new information, and have an interest in the energy industry and the clients’ businesses. For positions based in NYC: the starting salary range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000 and depends on a candidate’s experience.
