The firm specializes in general liability and construction defect litigation, and the selected candidate will play a key role in managing cases, providing legal strategy, and representing clients in complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate construction defect cases from inception to resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar License in good standing

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction defect defense litigation

• Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills

• Ability to handle cases independently and work collaboratively with the team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
