Metric Geo, on behalf of a Top-10 ENR General Contractor, is currently hiring a Construction Manager – MEP to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope on large-scale, high-profile construction projects in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity tailored for experienced professionals with strong leadership abilities and deep technical knowledge in MEP systems and construction operations.

This role is pivotal to the successful execution of complex projects across sectors such as advanced technology, healthcare, education, commercial, and infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all MEP construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, strict quality control, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of MEP scopes within major construction projects.

• Supervise on-site MEP systems and ensure seamless integration with other construction phases.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved within specified budgets and timelines.

• Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams for design reviews and technical assessments.

• Oversee subcontractor performance, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety, code, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all MEP systems meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP tasks, ensuring resource allocation and deadline alignment.

• Participate in project meetings, coordinate with general contractors and other stakeholders, and generate progress reports.
