Construction Project Manager

Description:

I am currently partnered with one of the leading Heavy Civil General Contractors on their search for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years experience working on Heavy Civil Construction projects. Specifically; Highways, Bridges, Transit and Aviation.

The company are looking for someone that has experience with various Project Delivery Methods, specifically; Progressive Design Build or CM at Risk. This is an essential requirement.

What They're Looking For

• 7+ years managing Heavy Civil Construction projects, specifically Heavy Highway projects.
• Proven success with Progressive Design Build or CM at Risk delivery methods.
• Strong project management and communication skills to ensure quality delivery and team collaboration.
