CyberCoders, a leading full-service general contractor, is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in Healthcare construction projects (OSHPD/HCAI) for their San Diego, CA operations. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.

  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and work plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Oversee project resources including teams, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHPD and HCAI regulations, maintaining full regulatory and safety standards throughout project execution.

  • Conduct and manage regular project progress reviews, identify risks, and implement corrective measures promptly.

  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and reports.

  • Organize and lead project meetings to ensure clarity of roles, expectations, and deliverables among team members.

  • Oversee quality assurance and risk mitigation strategies for all assigned projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare construction industry.

  • In-depth understanding of OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) and HCAI (Healthcare Access and Information) compliance and construction standards.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • PMP certification or equivalent professional project management credential preferred.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
