Description:
Legion Technologies is seeking a Consultant to support the successful implementation and adoption of its AI-native Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This role focuses on delivering well-designed, customer-centric workforce management solutions that drive operational efficiency for enterprise clients in industries such as retail, hospitality, and restaurants.
As a Consultant, you will work remotely with cross-functional teams to configure, test, deliver, and train customers on the platform, ensuring a seamless journey from discovery to go-live. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on customer success and technical configuration.
Implementation & Customer Success
Facilitate discovery sessions and gather requirements to build effective solution blueprints.
Configure Legion products to align with customer needs and best practices.
Perform unit and end-to-end testing of configured systems before delivery.
Conduct live customer training sessions (e.g., administrators, store managers).
Support rollout activities including data loads and system initialization.
Advocate customer feedback and influence product improvements.
Consulting & Relationship Building
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their KPIs.
Provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers.
Develop long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
Communicate clearly in demanding situations and across different stakeholder levels.
Project Management
Manage assigned configuration tasks within project timelines.
Identify requirements, prevent scope creep, and align customer expectations with deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and adherence to SLAs.
Product Expertise
Gain deep expertise in Legion’s platform and recommend best practices.
Report bugs, suggest enhancements, and share release updates with customers.
Continuously upskill on industry trends, technology, and Legion’s evolving solutions.
Required:
2+ years of experience implementing software or WFM solutions.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage expectations and deliver customer KPIs.
Preferred:
5+ years in Workforce Management software implementation or customer success.
Workforce planning experience in retail or related environments.
Skills & Attributes:

Ability to communicate technical configurations to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote, and evolving environments.
Base Salary: $82,000 – $135,000 per year (dependent on location, skills, and experience)
