As a Consultant - Connected Communications, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to create high-quality deliverables, leveraging communications, project management, and AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency. The position provides professional development opportunities through on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client workstreams and create marketing materials, sales enablement assets, and executive presentations using AI-first approaches.

• Quickly understand project context and perform research and analysis efficiently.

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and outcomes.

• Develop deliverable structures and create drafts tailored to project objectives and audiences.

• Manage revisions, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

• Present recommendations clearly and contribute actively in team working sessions.

• Support project management tasks including workback plans, priority setting, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business administration, liberal arts, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; consulting or client-facing professional services is a plus.

• Experience in storytelling, content creation, and developing visual concepts.

• Proven ability to own projects and deliverables from start to finish.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Excel) and business communications platforms (Teams, Zoom).

• Experience with AI tools to enhance creativity and improve workflows.
