EY is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – SAP Finance Consulting professional to join its Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration practice. This role is designed for leaders who bring deep expertise in SAP systems and business transformation, helping clients improve financial operations, increase productivity, and leverage SAP technology for long-term strategic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale SAP Finance projects, ensuring delivery excellence and risk management.

• Advise stakeholders on SAP system capabilities, gather requirements, and architect end-to-end solutions.

• Manage SAP blueprinting, testing, workflow, and documentation processes.

• Oversee functional design, configurations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to revenue generation.

• Provide thought leadership in SAP and finance transformation best practices.

• Mentor project team members while fostering strong client relationships.

• Monitor project economics, budgets, and performance against objectives.

• 5–7 years of SAP experience, including 3+ years working directly with SAP modules.

• Experience leading SAP project implementations and managing project teams.

• Knowledge of finance and technology functions, benchmarking, and advisory practices.

• SAP certifications preferred.

• At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience.

• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
