Job Description

We have 110+ hours of recorded video sitting inside a library - talks, interviews,training sessions, keynotes. We're hiring someone to turn that footage into a steady stream of short-form video, YouTube videos, thumbnails, and graphics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You'd be the person cutting it,designing it, and shipping it on a consistent cadence.

What You’ll Do

• Video Cutdowns from Library: A lot of this job is finding the 45 seconds inside a one-hour session that's worth clipping. Good judgment about what's interesting matters as much as your editing.
• Edit Short-Form Video: The bulk of your weekly output. Vertical, hook-first, built for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Edit YouTube Videos: Around 10 minutes each. Clean and straightforward. We're not doing MrBeast-style editing with a new cut every two seconds, because the point is keeping people listening to the tactics being talked about.
• Create Thumbnails / Graphics: You’ll help own how the work looks, not just how it cuts.
