Content Development Track Intern

Kufi Productions is a media and broadcasting agency committed to amplifying the voices of underrepresented and marginalized communities worldwide. The Content Development Track Intern will work alongside the creative team to assist with content creation across various formats. This opportunity allows for hands-on experience in research, script development, storyboarding, content strategy, and more, while contributing to meaningful projects that challenge narratives and promote diversity. The intern will learn the fundamentals of storytelling, participate in writers' room sessions, and assist in developing content calendars and new show concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather materials for content development

• Participate in brainstorming and pitch meetings

• Assist in script development and storyboarding

• Support content strategy planning

• Help maintain content calendars

• Contribute to new show concept development

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and grammar

• Basic knowledge of narrative structure

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems

• Knowledge of SEO best practices

• Previous writing or editing experience

• Understanding of various content formats and platforms
