Description:
We are seeking a Contract Analyst to provide day-to-day support for our commercial teams across Veeva CRM, reporting, and incentive compensation administration. Serving as a key liaison between field users, Sales Operations, and IT, you will troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution efforts, support system enhancements, and assist with reporting and incentive compensation activities.
This role is ideal for an operational problem-solver with strong Veeva CRM experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting commercial and field sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Veeva CRM Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field teams regarding Veeva CRM questions and issues. Track, manage, and prioritize support requests. Troubleshoot CRM issues in coordination with IT to resolve root causes. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. Provide ongoing training to field teams.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data analyses. Support ad hoc reporting requests from Sales Operations and commercial leadership.
- Incentive Compensation Support: Assist with the administration, reporting, and analysis of incentive compensation processes. Coordinate data gathering and validation activities for compensation programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, Commercial Excellence, and Finance to drive timely resolution of business-critical requests and communicate status updates across technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Hands-on experience supporting Veeva CRM users and operational processes.
- Strong Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboard development).
- Proven track record partnering with field-based sales organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Preferred:
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors.
- Experience with Power BI reporting.
- Prior involvement in CRM testing, release validation, and incentive compensation administration.
