Contracts Analyst

Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Contracts Analyst for its Shockwave Medical division. This remote position involves managing and optimizing contract lifecycle processes to support Sales & Commercial Operations priorities. The role focuses on contract administration, analysis, data management, reporting, and process improvements within Salesforce and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct contract analysis, reporting, and dashboard management using Excel and Salesforce

• Monitor, update, and manage contract hierarchies (IDN/GPO/International)

• Support new account creation, contract lifecycle management, and quoting processes

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Commercial Operations teams for process enhancements

• Ensure contract data integrity and timely expiration tracking

• Lead initiatives to improve contract management workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years in contract management and life sciences/medical device/pharma sector

• Salesforce and Excel experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Experience with international contracting is a plus
