A well -respected healthcare facility in Manalapan seeks an experienced Controller. If you have over ten years of experience and a robust background in healthcare finance and accounting, you could be a fit. Any experience with Medicare billings is ideal but not required. This opportunity is open due to the impending retirement of the incumbent.

Responsivities include:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations within our healthcare organization.
• Supervising 4 in all reporting and general accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and analysis.
• Analysis of cost reports and Medicare billings.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve high performance.
