The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial forecasting, regulatory compliance, and strategic finance initiatives while ensuring cost-effective company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Oversee all accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.
📈 Assist in strategic financial planning, including financial modeling and forecasting.
📑 Lead the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations.
💰 Analyze and manage cash flow, banking relationships, payments, and vendor accounts.
🔍 Support inventory management and maintain effective cost control measures.
🛠️ Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits.
📊 Develop and improve company policies and procedures for cost efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
✔ More than 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
✔ At least 2 years of accounting experience in distribution (preferred).
✔ Strong systems and financial analysis skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: Up to $140,000 per year
