Reaching & Rooted, a leading Process Publishing Agency specializing in content creation for small businesses and independent brands, is seeking motivated Copywriter Interns to join their dynamic team. This internship is designed for individuals interested in enhancing their writing skills and gaining real-world experience in copywriting, content creation, and digital communication.

As a Copywriter Intern, you will collaborate with senior leadership and project managers to support client communications, develop engaging content, and refine messaging strategies. This role will expose you to various aspects of content creation, including writing website copy, social media content, blog posts, and marketing materials, as well as editing and proofreading to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also learn best practices in digital marketing and SEO to maximize content reach.

This internship offers a hands-on professional experience with opportunities for mentorship, real-time feedback, and career connections. You will be involved in supporting client meetings, assisting in brand storytelling, managing multiple projects, and contributing to impactful content that helps businesses share their unique processes and stories with a global audience.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit, or able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with coursework.

• Must fulfill any educational requirements set by their institution or program of study.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/profile in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or Communication.

• Fluent English (bilingual is a plus).

• Strong communication and research skills.

• Business-oriented mindset, flexible and adaptable personality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Duration & Schedule:

• Duration: 3–6 months (depending on chosen shift).

• Shift Options:

  • 20 hours/week for 6 months

  • 30 hours/week for 4 months

  • 40 hours/week for 3 months

• Schedule: Flexible hours between 8 AM–8 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
