POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our fierce and mighty team! This remote, full time position will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With no two days the same, this highly organized individual will work across functions to help plan, develop, and execute successful corporate communications campaigns and strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, this person will work closely with our PR agency as well as with the Brand Experience teams to meet deadlines, ensure stakeholders are engaged across the social and PR lifecycle, and make sure campaign KPIs are met. The successful candidate has a strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Execute a results-driven PR and social media strategy; work across stakeholders and functions to deliver on
communications for company news, launches, employee engagement, brand moments, etc.
? Serve as a project manager for all social media channels; take and evaluate campaign briefs and assign owners
across content, digital, and brand teams, ensure creative timelines are met, and report KPIs.
? Serve as one of the day-to-day contacts for our PR agency and ensure that they are set up for success.
? Own the Public Relations calendar; work across marketing leadership to ensure it matches and amplifies the
broader company roadmap.
? Maintain unified brand voice across channels and edit communication efforts to match the style and voice of
our brand
