Description:
The Corporate Development Manager position is responsible for leading execution of M&A / venture investment transactions and enterprise-wide initiatives of the Corporate Development department. Specific activities include coordination of deal and project teams and direct involvement in the analysis, negotiation, and execution of strategic business initiatives.
A Day in the Life
- Supports development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives
- Manages day-to-day actions of initiatives that the Corporate Development team is responsible for, including market research, business case development, valuation, and due diligence
- Facilities cross-functional collaboration within organization to complete deals and projects
- Leads development of presentation materials for senior management and executive leaders
- Assists in the evaluation and negotiation of transactions
- Manages transition from deal execution to implementation / integration
- Develops team talent, providing mentorship and development opportunities for analysts

Required Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, venture capital, management or strategy consulting, or corporate development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple target dates.
